Use LibreOffice flatpak in your language
Apr 25, 2022
This is a weird one. I downloaded LibreOffice and it was in English, which was fine because I was using it on Elementary OS in English. But when I changed the OS language to Portuguese, LibreOffice didn’t change automatically, nor did it have Portuguese as an option for the interface in the configurations.
Well, I had to search a little, but that also has an easy fix. I just had to use this one line command on Terminal:
flatpak install --reinstall flathub org.libreoffice.LibreOffice.Locale
After that, LibreOffice was automatically set to the same language as the OS and I just needed to reopen it. Just thought it was cool to share and maybe help someone with the same issue!
